研究领域
主要研究领域:1)高温复合材料与涂层的制备研究:通过化学气相沉积制备炭/炭、碳化硅等复合材料,实现快速致密化过程和微观结构定向控制;2)纳微颗粒与复合涂层的热喷涂技术研究:通过加压氢还原和水热技术等制备特种复合粉体,采用热喷涂、3D打印等制备发动机热防护涂层材料;3)陶瓷前驱体高分子材料的化工合成与连续陶瓷纤维的制备研究。研制的大面积热防护涂层、烧蚀型层孔隔热材料、金属/陶瓷可磨耗封严材料在国防领域获得批量应用;开发的锆铪系超高温复合材料用于保障预研型号发动机的研制等。论文与专利:在各类学术刊物上发表论文80余篇,会议论文40余篇,申请和授权国家和国防发明专利20余项。申请和授权国家发明专利、国防专利共计34件。专著:《化学气相沉积》(科学出版社,2007)合著:《过程工程:基于复杂反应过程的材料化工技术》(科学出版社,2010);《MAX Phases and Ultra-High Temperature Ceramics for Extreme Enviornment》(IGI Global,2013)。
